MICHAEL SHANABERGER - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and began my career in home building working alongside my parent's custom home business doing everything form site clean up to framing. Upon graduation from college in Dallas, Texas, I moved to the Pacific Northwest. After ten years working as a consultant in various automotive dealerships and with Ford Motor Company, I joined a local builder as a sales and marketing director for residential homes. I joined Adair Homes in January of 2011 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, but continue to reside in Vancouver Washington where I raise my son and three daughters.

MICHELE WING - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to the Treasure Valley Area in 2000. I have been in the new construction industry for about six years. I love selling homes and helping families achieve the American Dream of home ownership. I am married with a 13 year old daughter. We have three dogs and one cat. We love living in Idaho and taking advantage of all there is to do including camping, boating and fishing. We also enjoy watching College & NFL Football and NASCAR Racing.

MALCOLM SHOWALTER - CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I grew up in Dallas, TX and graduated from Southern Methodist University. I first visited Boise in 1995 on a whim. My brother was moving cross country from Atlanta, GA, and I offered to help. I have lived here ever since. I am married to a 5th generation Idahoan and have 2 children. We love spending as much time outside as possible skiing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Before coming to Adair, I worked in the development and technology industries.

LAURA BLACK - SR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
I was born and raised in Northern California and spent 10 years working as a construction manager for a major new home builder in the Sacramento area. I married my husband, an avid hunter and fisherman, four years ago and together we have two beautiful children who we are looking forward to raising in the Treasure Valley. We moved to Idaho to enjoy a change of pace and different quality of life for our family. I am excited to be working for a company that truly values the dream of homeownership and is actively helping people achieve that dream.
