A.J. HARDEE - SENIOR HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I grew up in Boise, Idaho and attended Borah High School and Boise State University. I enjoyed sports all my life and loved the time I spent as an offensive lineman for the Boise State Broncos. Upon graduating from Boise State with a BS in Finance, I went into the family business with my dad and became a general contractor for 18 years. My path brought me to Adair Homes where I now serve with gratitude. I enjoy working for a company that cares both for its customers and employees.

MICHELE WING - HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
I was born and raised in San Diego California and moved to the Treasure Valley Area in 2000. I have been in the new construction industry for about 6 years. I love selling homes and helping families achieve the American Dream of Home Ownership. I am married with a 13 year old daughter. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. We love living in Idaho and taking advantage of all there is to do including camping, boating and fishing. We also enjoy watching College & NFL Football and NASCAR Racing.

DAVE WILLIAMS - SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Dave was born and raised in Southern Oregon, during his youth he worked in the family logging business, apart from going to school. After attending college and trade school, Dave went to work for and eventually ended up owning a car repair and parts business on the Northern California Coast. Dave’s love of carpentry eventually led him into the home construction industry. Dave has now worked for over 20 years in all areas of the construction industry and has owned his own construction consultant business. Dave came to work for Adair in December of 2004; his career with Adair started in the Southern Oregon Branch and then moved him to the Treasure Valley Branch in late 2006. Dave loves the ability to bring families of all walks of life, the chance to better their lives, both socially and economically, through homeownership. In his leisure time, Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, skiing, woodworking and travel.
